Join Lisa Vitta weekly at You and the Mat Yoga Studio located in the Laguna Niguel Design Center. These Kundalini yoga classes combine yoga postures with breathing techniques boosting the endocrine, immune, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems.  This invigorating practice complements all other yoga practices and exercise programs, and will take you on a journey of self-discovery.

An integrated system of exercise, breath control, and meditation, connecting through all the chakras.  It is safe, comprehensive, and simple.  Typically, it is practiced with beautiful, uplifting music while chanting mantras as you move along postures.  Kundalini Yoga is deeply cleansing at both physical, mental and emotional level. When practiced regularly, you will feel an elevated and uplifted state of energy.
